From time to time people ask me biblical or spiritual questions. Sometimes I have some thoughts to share, but often I would love to have input from others. I was really intrigued while I was reading about all the furnishings etc. that went into the ark (the Levites must have been power lifters just to carry it). The part that intrigued me the most was the mercy seat and the cherubs. What would your explanation be of it’s symbolism?

What about all those people in the world that are not Jesus followers and are also committed to transforming the world for better by doing good? Individuals like Ghandi and Bangledeshi Muhammad Yunis, a Muslim, founder of the Grameen bank and winner of the 2006 Nobel Peace prize. Christians certainly don’t have a corner on doing good, in fact, they’re often put to shame by many of those that aren’t Jesus followers.

God’s promise to us is that we will never face more than we are able to handle or as He also promises, we can do all things in Him who gives us strength so why are so many Christians so overwhelmed, so weary, so exhausted, weak and tired?

What does Matthew 7:6 mean:“Don’t waste what is holy on people who are unholy. Don’t throw your pearls to pigs! They will trample the pearls, then turn and attack you”?

“Can you tell me if you’ve ever heard of the “Jezebel Spirit”, and if so, what you know of it?”
